The first time I have used this company and was very impressed by the efficiency of the service. The whole process of buying and transferring the number plate was made extremely easy. In addition my new number had been registered and transferred to my car and the new plates arrived within days. Thank you.

This was not the easiest company to buy from and it appears that not all numbers listed are actually for sale. We did complete the transaction on the third number I tried to purchase. The problem with the other two appeared to be that the seller did not respond to National Numbers. However, no-one told me, the customer. Several weeks after making an enquiry I had to phone up to find out what was going on, no news so we tried another number and the same thing happened. Once we did agree a deal on the third number the process worked smoothly but apart form the original email no further communication until I received an invitation to complete this survey. I buy frequently on -line and most companies send emails - even if they are automated - to keep you informed of delivery etc. The process worked, the price was competitive but it is a bit disappointing as a cherished number plate is a luxury item and you need to have a good buying experience but it was not.

Ordered my new reg on line only took about ten minutes from start to finish, plate arrived within three days, all information was sent to my email and have had updates on the progress.
