I recently purchased a plate for my boyfriends birthday, staff went out of their way to help me do this as fast and as secretly as possible! The service you supply is very good apart from the private plates you have in the system which you have no control over. When you ring up the customers on my behalf to inquire about their plates and they are not for sale or some other problems. These should be taken off your system.

We had forgotten about my mother-in-law's personalised number plate which we put on retention over 18 months ago. National Numbers got in touch to ask if we still had it and wanted to sell it. They were helpful from the start and after sending off our documentation late on Monday, we were kept informed through e-mail and we had the agreed sum of money in our account on Thursday. Great service and I'd recommend.
