Bought a number plate paid a deposit and the confirmed to pay the rest of the balance once the payment has been received. Got a call back to say they want the full payment to speed the process up. Agreed to pay the full balance and they have taken out 2 payment of 5k instead of 1. Still waiting the refund and account is now in overdraft and being charged by the bank. Update have spoke to manager who has resolved the situation still awaiting refund however was kind and courteous and explained it was simply human error and has confirmed the issue will be rectified with 48 hours. Got to say the manager was excellent on the call.

I recently purchased a registration plate through National Numbers. They had identified that the number was being offered at DVLA auction. I was amazed at how quick and simple the whole process was. In a matter of days the transaction was complete and the number plates arrived ready to be fitted to my new car. I would certainly use Nationalnumbers again, in fact I am now looking for a plate for my wife's car!! It was a pleasure doing business with this company.
