Great service and got the plate I wanted. Just one minor thing which was from them posting the certificate to me, it took 8 days to get to me. I would expect it takes no longer than 2 days to receive a letter.

My wife recently passed away and I am buying a new car with a unique registration in her memory. My name is Brian Smith and my wife's was Doreen so my new registration is to be - BS17 DOR

Positive proactive staff who were very helpful throughout the transaction.
