I was so frustrated to find so called cheaper companies added on charges on the last page once you had spent time with the online order. I hate this practice so it was so good to deal with honest people who kept me in the loop either by phone or e-mail every step of the way. My plates arrived very quickly but I have to wait now for the good old DVLA to send me a new tax disc and V5. Cool plate though for me, a photographer - P1 XCB

When I first contacted them it was to find a registration that I was unfortunately not able to buy, but Eric looked through other options with me and guided me through the whole process. After waiting 18 months to sell my number plate, the seven weeks from NationalNumbers phone call to completion went quick enough ! Not I hasten to add, the fault of NationalNumbers. I suspect the biggest delay was with the DVLA and their processes. The company was very professional, kept me informed all the way and always responded to emails. I spoke to several people on the phone and they were always able to give me up-to-date accurate information. They were courteous and helpful. Anyone who puts the following on their website might appear frivolous but what it actually reflects is a human approach to life and an appropriate sense of humour ! "National Numbers is based in sunny Billingham in the North East of England. The staff all wear flat caps and have a passing interest in whippets! The office has a beautiful panoramic view of the largest petrochemical complex in Europe." Thank you NationalNumbers for selling my plate and making me smile.

Really easy to use. Admin staff are very helpful, they told me I could register my plates online rather than sending off to DVLA, so simple and quick. Plates arrived within a week of ordering them just before Xmas period. Very good service
