I purchased a private Plate as a birthday present for my wife. Although it took time to get all sorted and had to chase the plates. Got there eventually plate now on car, i was waiting for the plate with the explanation it was a bank holiday monday, it was in scotland but not in wales=dvla or anywhere else in the uk.
