Very quick and very professional!

The process was very easy expect my bank declined the transaction until I said it was me using the card. Not sure why. So far so good, waiting for my purchase.

I have just sold my registration through National Numbers, this is the first time I have dealt with selling a registration and I can confirm the service provided by National Numbers was excellent. The process was simple with clear instructions provided. The process was quick, it took just over a week from initial contact to receiving payment, I was also kept up to date with the progress of the transaction on a regular basis.

The log book was delayed from the garage we purchased the car from and National Numbers weren't only happy to hold the registration number I ordered, they also helped speed things along. I had previously used Regtransfers to sell my numbers, however after some underhand tactics I changed to National Numbers. They sold my number relatively quickly compared to RT. The staff member called me and told me exactly how much I would clear, rather than trying to get me to accept an amount ridiculously far from the agreed figure like RT used to do. It was confirmed the same day that the number had sold. The only downside was the amount of time it took to receive payment, which was several weeks, and the fact they did not keep me informed of the delay - I had to chase them. Otherwise they would get 5 stars!

Was apprehensive about buying a cherished number plate for my hubbys birthday but that was silly. National Numbers made it all so easy. The service was excellent and I couldn't believe how quickly everything was processed. Would not hesitate to recommend National Numbers to friends and family.
