I was amazed at how quick and simple the whole process was. In a matter of days the transaction was complete and the number plates arrived ready to be fitted to my new car. Brilliant service. Very very good customer service team on the phones when you ring up they tell you exactly what you need to know. Hitachi finance company national numbers use is very flexible and you can change payment date etc. No problems either with them. Both are excellent.

Fast reliable service

Only a few niggles prevents a 5* rating. Certainly, National Numbers have a good website with a great selection, often cheaper than other dealers, and handle every contact with a nice mixture of friendliness and business-like competence. Those niggles: none of the estimates on timings - be that clearing funds, sorting paperwork, managing DVLA were accurate. A little more on-going feedback/updating would have eased all that though; so a thought there for their future.
