I recently completed a purchase of a personalised number plate. National Numbers were the only organisation to offer me the option of the plate I wanted. They told me the upfront cost and the time it would take to get it. First contact was good and helped me find number plate that was personal, I was looking at another number at the time. The pack that came out was generally good but lack of clarity as to how much the total should be when extras added. Phone call queries handled well and generally available after a few rings. Would recommend to others.

Service was good, the complete experienced went to plan and in very good time. Staff were always very efficient. Would definitely use this supplier again.

All done with the minimum of fuss. You can record your transfer instantly on DVLA website rather than sending off V750 and V5 certificates.

Initially I had a problem. The number I bought on line had already been sold. However the company worked well to sort out the problem and provide me with a refund and an alternative plate.

although my first choice had gone after I had received a confirmation e mail the person who rang me to impart the bad news helped me choose a replacement.
