I listened to the agent who explained the process and then I researched before taking what seemed to me as 'a leap of faith' with sending off my retention documents and a power of attorney for the plate. I should not have worried! It was the easiest, most pain-free process I have undertaken! The money arrived quickly and exactly as they said it would. Superb, could not be simpler, better or more efficient, I registered my old plate with National numbers after they gave me a very good valuation and left it with them. Jill contacted me just after Christmas and asked if the plate was still available, she kindly explained there was interest in it and would I accept a figure she gave me, I agreed and said I would be more than happy, and the rest so they say is history... superb service!
