I have looked at many cherished number sites and National Numbers had a great selection at reasonable prices. Once I had found a number, the Team were helpful and kept me informed of the transaction details and timescales.
This was the first time I bought a private plate, and had no idea how it all works. The staffs at National numbers were very helpful and explained step to step what will happen. The reason I didn't give five stars is that I feel they need to improve on communication to customers. From when I paid the initial fee, there was no call or email to update me with the process and I have to call them. Quick easy transaction. Plates arrived within days and all documentation a few days after that. Well informed.
It took a while to sell the plate, but then I suppose that is the way of things, but the speed at which the transaction was completed was amazing. I got the documents emailed from them on the Friday, sent them back recorded delivery on the Saturday and the money was in my bank on the Monday. Truly amazing speed!
For some time I had been looking for a personal plate for our son's wheelchair adapted car.
