I bought my first private registration plate from this company in 1993 and they were very professional then and I have just sold another private plate through them on the 28th FEBRUARY. It was simple as they send you everything to sign and tell you what documents to send back to them. It is better to email them any questions you have and they reply very quickly. Ordered my new plate on the Friday and it was with me less than a week later. I paid the extra for National Numbers to contact DVLA, which was well worth doing - no hassle and stress free

Clear explanation of the process, reminders given when appropriate and fair estimate of what the cost of my target number plate would be. Can't really fins any area that could be improved.

Basically I found the registration I liked, sent them a email showing interest, they rang me back the next day, fully explained the process & cost and that was it!!
