Good service, efficient.

I purchased a plate from NN back in June of this year. I then went on to buy another. I did complain at the time as the advisor was extremely rude and I decided not to purchase. I was told however should I change my mind and come back I could perhaps be given a discount due to the poor experience I had. Everyone deserves another chance so I emailed this month and dealt with Jill. Her customer service was exceptional, she replied immediately to my email and followed this up with a call at a time that was convenient for me. She was thorough, honest and there was no pushy sales tactics. I've bought yet another plate and will more than likely return for a third in December. I will be going directly to Jill !! Fab service thank you NN and thank you Jill !!

After years of thinking about getting a personalised number plate, I found National Numbers online and just called them. They were very helpful in organising my selected plates and kept me updated during the auctions. Great personalised customer service and very trustworthy. I advertised a number plate with National Numbers a few years ago, and received a phone call out of the blue recently saying they had a buyer for my plate. As you can imagine during the current pandemic things did not go according to any plan, and there was a lot of to-ing and fro-ing between myself, National Numbers and the buyer. During the whole sorry process Paul was continually updating me with where everything was at, and chasing the buyer for updates. I can't praise Paul highly enough, especially with everything that's going on, he's a credit to National Numbers.

Brilliant website and phone app , very well laid out and easy to use , the fact you have a choice to buy the reg outright or finance it for either 6 months or a year is one of the reasons I was atttracted to National Numbers as a purchaser, The whole process of buying my reg to putting it on my car was very straight forward, absolutely chuffed with my private reg purchase and will definitely use again and will more than happy to recommend others to use National numbers ??

Very easy purchase. They handled the whole process from start to finish. Plate was even less expensive than from their competitors Having not purchased a registration before I had quite a few question. All of which were addressed quickly and in a helpful manor. I would certainly look at using them again.
