Service was good but when finance had not been completed, no one called me to advise and after 4 weeks realised that the order had not been processed. Apart from that the service was swift and efficient.

From the time when I first went on their website, through to the completion of the deal, there were no hiccups what-so-ever. The selection of numbers process is clear and easy to use. The prices are very competitive; the explanations and instructions are clear and concise, and the choices are numerous and I mean numerous! I'd used national Numbers previously 5 years ago with no issues, so when I wanted another plate, I called them. Though I had online prices for the same plate cheaper, you have to be careful as to whats been included (or not). NP managed to reduce their price slightly to match others like for like, and the info and plates came through within a couple of dates, exactly as promised.
