I was on another site and paying to advertise. I came across National Numbers and they sorted the sale out so fast. It was paid into my bank account 2 weeks before expecting the money. This is simply the best site for selling or buying your number plate. 2 years on the market with others and just weeks with National Numbers and no time taken up with DVLA etc. 10 out of 10 all day long. On the phone they are superb.

Outstanding service, process was completed extremely quickly. I was kept informed of progress. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. This is how customer service should be.

After waiting 18 months to sell my number plate, the seven weeks from NationalNumbers phone call to completion went quick enough ! Not I hasten to add, the fault of NationalNumbers. I suspect the biggest delay was with the DVLA and their processes. The company was very professional, kept me informed all the way and always responded to emails. I spoke to several people on the phone and they were always able to give me up-to-date accurate information. They were courteous and helpful. Anyone who puts the following on their website might appear frivolous but what it actually reflects is a human approach to life and an appropriate sense of humour ! "National Numbers is based in sunny Billingham in the North East of England. The staff all wear flat caps and have a passing interest in whippets! The actual service of getting a personal number plate is good however people over the phone need customer service training as they sound miserable and don't feel they would go the extra mile fo a customer.

Very helpful in trying to get my ideal reg, giving plenty of options and ways to get the perfect reg. Once found, were very efficient and went onto my car hassle free. Great experience.
