This is a company that puts the satisfaction of its customers FIRST. My purchase was not quite what I ordered but a quick phone call resulted in replacement plates arriving the next day. Very friendly to deal with and highly efficient.

I started my enquiry online and then shortly after I had a phone call to talk me through all my options. I had chosen my new number plate which came the next day which was great. 3 days later my certificate came and I could put my new number plate on. All in all it was great service from start to finish and the guy on the phone was a great help so 5 stars ?

A fantastic service and they do everything for you. It doesn't matter what problem you have or what form you need they know everything that needs to be done. And especially helpful was Gwen who guided me through the whole process. Very professional company, such a friendly, helpfully service, the guys were very patient as this was my very first purchase of a private plate and were very eager to answer all my questions.... highly recommended and would not hesitate to use again.

The very good plate I first found listed and purchased for cash on the spot was unfortunately already sold but that initial setback was more than paid for a few days later when I was offered a perfect plate on par with the one that hooked my sale and a 70% refund! That excellent resolution was a result of happy chance and exceptionally ethical customer service. I would of happily paid the original amount for the specific registration I was eventually offered after a few days waiting for something unusually apt to surface. For less than the price of one new tyre you will find at least one suitable plate for your car and probably a dozen more to choose from in most cases.
