Purchased my first cherished number, F7 BMW, from Alistair at National Numbers. Great service, easy to deal with and also willing to advise on any aspect of other interesting registrations. I also purchased the plates there too with 3D lettering. Very well made, quick turn-around, and the lettering on the bottom of the plate looks like part of the black border which is just what you want. Thanks, first class service.

I purchased a plate from NN back in June of this year. I then went on to buy another. I did complain at the time as the advisor was extremely rude and I decided not to purchase. I was told however should I change my mind and come back I could perhaps be given a discount due to the poor experience I had. Everyone deserves another chance so I emailed this month and dealt with Jill. Her customer service was exceptional, she replied immediately to my email and followed this up with a call at a time that was convenient for me. She was thorough, honest and there was no pushy sales tactics. I've bought yet another plate and will more than likely return for a third in December. I will be going directly to Jill !! Every time I contacted NN there was always someone there to give information or guide me to what I needed to know with politeness and professionalism.
