Great all round service

I recently completed a purchase of a personalised number plate. National Numbers were the only organisation to offer me the option of the plate I wanted. They told me the upfront cost and the time it would take to get it. Everything went according to plan and I can't thank them enough for making the process as smooth as it could be and for allowing me to get the plate I always wanted. Bought a number plate paid a deposit and the confirmed to pay the rest of the balance once the payment has been received. Got a call back to say they want the full payment to speed the process up. Agreed to pay the full balance and they have taken out 2 payment of 5k instead of 1. Still waiting the refund and account is now in overdraft and being charged by the bank. Update have spoke to manager who has resolved the situation still awaiting refund however was kind and courteous and explained it was simply human error and has confirmed the issue will be rectified with 48 hours. Got to say the manager was excellent on the call.

I would recommend this company as the service was very prompt. I ordered my new numbers plates on a Sunday and received them in the post on the Tuesday. Excellent communicate they let me know when my certificate was on the way.

I'd used national Numbers previously 5 years ago with no issues, so when I wanted another plate, I called them. Though I had online prices for the same plate cheaper, you have to be careful as to whats been included (or not). NP managed to reduce their price slightly to match others like for like, and the info and plates came through within a couple of dates, exactly as promised.
