After waiting 18 months to sell my number plate, the seven weeks from NationalNumbers phone call to completion went quick enough ! Not I hasten to add, the fault of NationalNumbers. I suspect the biggest delay was with the DVLA and their processes. The company was very professional, kept me informed all the way and always responded to emails. I spoke to several people on the phone and they were always able to give me up-to-date accurate information. They were courteous and helpful. Anyone who puts the following on their website might appear frivolous but what it actually reflects is a human approach to life and an appropriate sense of humour ! Very Simple Process

The very good plate I first found listed and purchased for cash on the spot was unfortunately already sold but that initial setback was more than paid for a few days later when I was offered a perfect plate on par with the one that hooked my sale and a 70% refund! That excellent resolution was a result of happy chance and exceptionally ethical customer service. I would of happily paid the original amount for the specific registration I was eventually offered after a few days waiting for something unusually apt to surface. For less than the price of one new tyre you will find at least one suitable plate for your car and probably a dozen more to choose from in most cases.
