I purchased a plate from NN back in June of this year. I then went on to buy another. I did complain at the time as the advisor was extremely rude and I decided not to purchase. I was told however should I change my mind and come back I could perhaps be given a discount due to the poor experience I had. Everyone deserves another chance so I emailed this month and dealt with Jill. Her customer service was exceptional, she replied immediately to my email and followed this up with a call at a time that was convenient for me. Sold my number plate recently and I wasn?t able to supply the paperwork by return and National Numbers must have been under some pressure from the buyer.....but they handled the situation professionally and kept everyone updated. The money was received by me one week after the documentation was received by National Numbers . A great service I would definitely recommend to both sellers and buyers.

I have never bought a private number plate before so to me I was nervous, no idea what I was doing, to be honest. However, Paul was a true gentleman and I managed to get the plate i wanted and gave me the relevantinformationI needed. The paperwork came in a few days, the number plate a week later. The number plate i wanted was also cheaper to purchase with National Numbers than the other companies out there. If you do decide to buy a private number plate i highly recommended National Numbers.
