Good customer service, nice job done

This was the first time I bought a private plate, and had no idea how it all works. The staffs at National numbers were very helpful and explained step to step what will happen. The reason I didn't give five stars is that I feel they need to improve on communication to customers. From when I paid the initial fee, there was no call or email to update me with the process and I have to call them. But they did answer the phone every time I called and some one always try to help you. Overall, I am a very happy and satisfied customer.

Craig from National Numbers managed to get me 2 matching number plates by requesting then to be released to auction by the dvla. I was sceptical at first but they came through for me getting me my number plates for a very reasonable price at auction. I cannot recommend them highly enough!!!!

Perfect service ordered over the phone all complete with in 5 minutes

Sold our number and really happy with price agreed with NN. Whole transaction start to finish took 5 weeks - little longer than expected but happy nonetheless. I'd completely forgotten our number was listed for sale with NN then got a phone call out of the blue from Adam asking if we would sell for an offered price which we were happy with. Was a bit of a leap of faith completing the paperwork and handing over control of our number to NN but it worked well and no real hassles. We had to chase up a couple of times (dealing then with Ryan) - seemingly although the buyer had paid a deposit he/she hadn't come through with his/her paperwork and NN was waiting on him/her. Ryan called the buyer and obtained confirmation he/she was going through with the deal then Ryan called us back and advised he would send off our paperwork to DVLA and then send us our cheque - which he did - thank you Ryan. So all-in-all a good deal - we're happy - just the communications from NN side were a little lacking when things got slow - we had to do the chasing up calls (2) but Ryan certainly grabbed hold of it and brought it to a good conclusion for us.

Excellent customer service. Helpful and genuine staff on the phones. The plate I rang to purchase (after watching it for months) had been sold but an extremely helpful member of staff helped me find an equivalent with just as much meaning. Smooth process. Definitely recommend this company.

I have dealt with number plates for 30 years and these are by far the best. No scams about lower price offers then selling for higher. I found out about another company who did that by chance when I met the buyer of a plate I sold. National Numbers are by far the best, may they continue with their consistent good service from consistently good knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended as number one plate dealers.

I was amazed that the process took just a few minutes and I got my log book and changed insurance within 3 days. The number plàtes I ordered from them never arrived but the money was refunded within 3 days.
