Pricing and process clearly explained at the outset. Craig phoned from the auction when my plate was under the hammer, as promised. Nice touch and could hear the actual auctioneer in the background. Got my PJB plate at the July auction for less than I had budgeted for, which was a bonus. Straight forward to deal with and friendly to boot.

Process was incredibly easy. Exemplary after sales service. Debby kept me informed with multiple emails and answered several queries nigh on instantaneously and everything occurred as stated. Nice touch. Top tip though: if you're going to use the number plates supplied (in my case for a bike) make sure you request size of plate applicable. Mine was too large but this is in no way attributable to National Numbers. Thanks guys.

I purchased a plate from NN back in June of this year. I then went on to buy another. I did complain at the time as the advisor was extremely rude and I decided not to purchase. I was told however should I change my mind and come back I could perhaps be given a discount due to the poor experience I had. Everyone deserves another chance so I emailed this month and dealt with Jill. Her customer service was exceptional, she replied immediately to my email and followed this up with a call at a time that was convenient for me. She was thorough, honest and there was no pushy sales tactics. I've bought yet another plate and will more than likely return for a third in December. I will be going directly to Jill !! Just sold a registration number through National Numbers. Found the service very professional, from start to finish. Once they received all my paperwork, and monies from the buyer, I was paid by bank transfer. This process took less than a week. Highly recommended.
