Had no idea how buying a number plate worked. The staff were helpful and explained everything made the buying process really easy. Spoke to them on a number of occasions to arrange everything. They even send out the plates so all you need to do is put them on and go. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to buy a number plate.

Amazing service

I purchased a plate from NN back in June of this year. I then went on to buy another. I did complain at the time as the advisor was extremely rude and I decided not to purchase. I was told however should I change my mind and come back I could perhaps be given a discount due to the poor experience I had. Everyone deserves another chance so I emailed this month and dealt with Jill. Her customer service was exceptional, she replied immediately to my email and followed this up with a call at a time that was convenient for me. She was thorough, honest and there was no pushy sales tactics. I've bought yet another plate and will more than likely return for a third in December. I will be going directly to Jill !! Personalised Number Plates are by their very nature "personal" and the value of a plate is simply what someone else is prepared to pay for it. I would recommend this site as I felt in no way intimidated by the company or it's representatives at any time. I had a valuation from them a very long time ago but at that time expressed my opinion that I did not wish to sell my cherished number plate. However, they did contact me many months later to ask if (A) I still was in possession of the plate and (B) Whether I was interested in selling. Having said 'Yes' to both questions they then asked me what I would be prepared to accept for it, which I replied to. My recommendation is to be clear as to how much you are looking to get for the plate up front so that once into any negotiating you can either accept or decline an offer. The whole process was polite and efficient (my communication was solely via E-Mail). I would definitely consider using this company again.
