From finding the right registration number, to ordering it, setting up monthly payments, sending off documents and being ready to put on my car, I couldn't have asked for it to be quicker or easier, a complete service that I highly recommended.
I was on another site and paying to advertise. I came across National Numbers and they sorted the sale out so fast. It was paid into my bank account 2 weeks before expecting the money. This is simply the best site for selling or buying your number plate. 2 years on the market with others and just weeks with National Numbers and no time taken up with DVLA etc. 10 out of 10 all day long. On the phone they are superb.
This was not the easiest company to buy from and it appears that not all numbers listed are actually for sale. We did complete the transaction on the third number I tried to purchase. The problem with the other two appeared to be that the seller did not respond to National Numbers. However, no-one told me, the customer. Several weeks after making an enquiry I had to phone up to find out what was going on, no news so we tried another number and the same thing happened. Once we did agree a deal on the third number the process worked smoothly but apart form the original email no further communication until I received an invitation to complete this survey. I buy frequently on -line and most companies send emails - even if they are automated - to keep you informed of delivery etc. The process worked, the price was competitive but it is a bit disappointing as a cherished number plate is a luxury item and you need to have a good buying experience but it was not.

I've been trying to find a personal number plate for years, went on this site and bingo and it was a very good price and service.
I gave a rubbish review of this company as I was extremely dissatisfied but thought nothing would happen. I received a call from the Managing Director the next day & it was sorted by the end of the same day! Reviews can be powerful & get the right outcome. We placed our cherished number plate with National Numbers for sale. We rather forgot about it until out of the blue we received an email saying someone had expressed interest and the price seemed fair. After that the process went smoothly only delayed possibly by the fact that we live on a remote Greek Island and getting the signed paperwork back to UK can take a few days. From notification of interest to receipt of funds was less than three weeks so top marks from us for National Numbers. We spotted a few spelling errors on the forms hence we haven't given five stars. 4.75 would be our rating.
