I am awaiting the sale of several other plates and feel assured these will be handled in the same efficient manner. The actual service of getting a personal number plate is good however people over the phone need customer service training as they sound miserable and don't feel they would go the extra mile fo a customer.

I started my enquiry online and then shortly after I had a phone call to talk me through all my options.
