This was the first time I bought a private plate, and had no idea how it all works. The staffs at National numbers were very helpful and explained step to step what will happen. The reason I didn't give five stars is that I feel they need to improve on communication to customers. From when I paid the initial fee, there was no call or email to update me with the process and I have to call them. But they did answer the phone every time I called and some one always try to help you. Overall, I am a very happy and satisfied customer.

I highly recommend National Numbers. Given all of the scams and tricksters that seem to be everywhere these days, National Numbers swim against the tide. I have used them for a number of purchases, including releasing numbers at DVLA and acting for me at auction. I found them to be extremely trustworthy, honest and reliable. Felt this company was the right place to choose my number plate. Scored high on many reviews and being careful whom I give custom to felt things were done to high standard apart from one wee incident costing me for postage however give this company its credit they are refunding this error made by the company that sends it mail. Number plates arrived Fast was impressed by the speed wish all companies were this fast. Purchased 24 December on the festive start of December plates arrived 3rd January then the documents arrived but sadly I had to collect this as postage was needed before greedy Royal mail would part with it. This is refunded to me thank you for this. First customer call waS not best but when I phoned back days after Liam was a big help. This company has certainly made itself as a company of trust and confidence on me I shall be buying my daughters plate from here too when I buy her new car for her 18th next year. Can't fault national numbers they admitted a mistake and compensated me very quick to send all the goodies and transfer was immediate on dvla thanks plate really does my car further justice has had a few headturns today.
