The staff were very pleasant to talk to and generally my change of number plate was well handled and processed. One slight hitch occurred when my registration form did not go the right person and this delayed the issue of my new number and plate by about a week. When the hitch was sorted out things then moved very quickly. Overall quite satisfied with the service.

Bad initial experience - but since put right. Originally disappointed with the poor response to my enquiries - so reflected this with appropriate feedback. Nice and easy bought the plate and they sorted it all out for my new motorcycle. They sent a plate all I had to do was fit it and all was great. They sorted it out with the DVLA all I had to do was tell my insurance company and that was that ?.
