This is my first personalised number plate and I must compliment National Numbers for their promptness and efficiency. They made everything so easy. Got there eventually plate now on car, i was waiting for the plate with the explanation it was a bank holiday monday, it was in scotland but not in wales=dvla or anywhere else in the uk.
