I listened to the agent who explained the process and then I researched before taking what seemed to me as 'a leap of faith' with sending off my retention documents and a power of attorney for the plate. I should not have worried! It was the easiest, most pain-free process I have undertaken! The money arrived quickly and exactly as they said it would. Purchased my first cherished number, F7 BMW, from Alistair at National Numbers. Great service, easy to deal with and also willing to advise on any aspect of other interesting registrations. I also purchased the plates there too with 3D lettering. Very well made, quick turn-around, and the lettering on the bottom of the plate looks like part of the black border which is just what you want. Thanks, first class service.
