This is my third time using National Numbers, I had to make my purchase online this time because it was out of hours, but I do prefer the personal touch and camaraderie you get from speaking to the agents over the phone. The service is excellent and the whole procedure has always been five star from start to finish.

The prices are very competitive; the explanations and instructions are clear and concise, and the choices are numerous and I mean numerous! The actual service of getting a personal number plate is good however people over the phone need customer service training as they sound miserable and don't feel they would go the extra mile fo a customer.

Will be buying more plates from them in the future for my daughters. Jill was one of the members of the team dealing with me and she was very lovely and helpful. Better than five star!!! Highly recommend .
