STU 127V

Bought a number plate paid a deposit and the confirmed to pay the rest of the balance once the payment has been received. Got a call back to say they want the full payment to speed the process up. Agreed to pay the full balance and they have taken out 2 payment of 5k instead of 1. Still waiting the refund and account is now in overdraft and being charged by the bank. Update have spoke to manager who has resolved the situation still awaiting refund however was kind and courteous and explained it was simply human error and has confirmed the issue will be rectified with 48 hours. Got to say the manager was excellent on the call.

Nice smooth transaction got paid as soon as paperwork was done for the sale of my private registration. Highly recommended to deal with . Kept me up to date by email and telephone step by step. Thankyou National Numbers

It would have been nice to have had the option to have a nice presentation certificate like some other companies do as it was purchased as a birthday gift
