They arranged for a number plate which hadn't ever been issued, they arranged the plate to go into auction, all be it 6 months later due to the dvla not entering it, the plate went to auction which they bidded on my behalf and we won it. A worthwhile and helpful service, providing all the leg-work in obtaining my new plate, and representing me at the DVLA auction. Improvements could perhaps be a better focus on communications (I received several requests for the same information, despite having sent it at least twice), and perhaps some better explanation on what to expect during the auction day, including auction terminology for those of us inexperienced at auctions! Overall however, a positive experience and I would recommend to others.
