I cannot recommend National Numbers highly enough. Their service is second to none. This is my third purchase from them. From beginning to end they were totally transparent about the process and the costs. They purchased a cherished plate on my behalf from the DVLA auction and did so at an mazing price!! I dealt with Phil McCarthy and he was totally outstanding! Make them your first choice and I know you won't be disappointed!!

I purchased a plate from NN back in June of this year. I then went on to buy another. I did complain at the time as the advisor was extremely rude and I decided not to purchase. I was told however should I change my mind and come back I could perhaps be given a discount due to the poor experience I had. Everyone deserves another chance so I emailed this month and dealt with Jill. Her customer service was exceptional, she replied immediately to my email and followed this up with a call at a time that was convenient for me. She was thorough, honest and there was no pushy sales tactics. I've bought yet another plate and will more than likely return for a third in December. I will be going directly to Jill !! Very good communication excellent

I had the added problem that I was buying the reg but not collecting my new to me but pre owned car for another couple of days. Gwen at new reg steered me through that and made it really easy for me. Paperwork, documents etc, everything sorted in a couple of days. Thanks John :-)

Answered all my questions promptly when I telephoned the office, it makes the whole process so much easier.

Relatively smooth process though there was a difference between the price quoted and the price on the website. Taking my order and money, buying, was simple and easy! After over a week I still haven't had any paperwork though and the money has come out of my account.

This was such an easy process. Great service.
