Amazing service

The service was fab, the gentleman I spoke to was very friendly and helpful and I purchased the plate without any issues. The documents and plates arrived quickly. The only criticism I have is that this was a surprise for my husband's birthday and the letter sending the document had the company stamp on the reverse so it spoilt the surprise as he knew I has purchased a plate! Maybe just a return address without the company name would be better?

From the time when I first went on their website, through to the completion of the deal, there were no hiccups what-so-ever. The selection of numbers process is clear and easy to use. The prices are very competitive; the explanations and instructions are clear and concise, and the choices are numerous and I mean numerous! Easy communications even during Covid-19. They did the DVLA registration on the Wednesday and I got the certificate allowing me to use the plates on the Thursday and the Monday after, the new log book arrived. I could not fault the service.
