I purchased a plate from NN back in June of this year. I then went on to buy another. I did complain at the time as the advisor was extremely rude and I decided not to purchase. I was told however should I change my mind and come back I could perhaps be given a discount due to the poor experience I had. Everyone deserves another chance so I emailed this month and dealt with Jill. Her customer service was exceptional, she replied immediately to my email and followed this up with a call at a time that was convenient for me. She was thorough, honest and there was no pushy sales tactics. I've bought yet another plate and will more than likely return for a third in December. I will be going directly to Jill !! Fab service thank you NN and thank you Jill !!

Although I was initially nervous at handing over paperwork before payment had been received, I was reassured that National Numbers has been conducting business to a high standard since 1981. I had a very smooth transaction and within 10 days of the initial offer being made for the purchase of my registration, I had full payment in my bank account. I have used National numbers twice now to purchase plates from the dvla auctions. Reason being I just did not have time my self to watch the days in the auction. They asked for my max bid and took care of the rest. On the day they called and checked if I wanted to go any higher or stick. I won the plate. Very happy and Eric done as he said he would. Now you need to get rid of your Aston Martin and get that GTR!

Absolutely wonderful to deal with. I was kept up to date at every stage and it was a very quick process from start to finish. All i did was send off my log book and everything else was handled buy the team. Can not praise their service enough that why they get 5 stars.
