After waiting 18 months to sell my number plate, the seven weeks from NationalNumbers phone call to completion went quick enough ! Not I hasten to add, the fault of NationalNumbers. I suspect the biggest delay was with the DVLA and their processes. The company was very professional, kept me informed all the way and always responded to emails. I spoke to several people on the phone and they were always able to give me up-to-date accurate information. They were courteous and helpful. I took a while to make up my mind - had wanted this Reg for years but locked up at DVLA - eventually went for it and was delighted with the outcome. No hidden costs - all well communicated - watched the DVLA timed auction developing on-line - certificate came through from DVLA. Happy. Will use them again.
