Started with a phone call to verify I was still wanting to sell my plate, then a verbal offer whi ch when accepted was followed by an email offer and paperwork. 2 Forms to fill out and post along with the retention certificate. Sum agreed was deposited in my bank account 9 days later. Can't fault the service - very easy and very happy with the price the plate achieved. Although I was unable to finalise the registration online, I received an old school type of support from Paul who guided me through the different steps and we got it all sorted. DVLA documents followed swiftly and the online transfer was super easy. So all well worth it!
