Had to deal with this transfer whilst abroad, but very clear documentation & helpful service at all times. Settlement very fast.
To be honest I was wary of letting an external company transfer my registration and deal with the DVLA directly, was also expecting the transfer to take ages however it was an extremely fast and kind service when I spoke on the phone and my number plate has already been transferred and new clean plates arrived in just over 1 week.
