very easy process to follow all aspects of the transfer offered. I took the offer for national Numbers to do all the paperwork etc. and make the new plates. All I had to do was inform my insures. When I selected my plate I would have prefered to pay by cash but for some reason, I either overlooked the option to pay cash or it was not there and I ended up with the easy payment plan.
