Sales team were very helpful on the phone and knowledgeable, they were slow in getting the initial list of available plates to me (Forgot to send the email) but once received helpful in assisting in queries. This is the first time that i have purchased a plate so was not aware of what was due to happen. There was no communication once the admin fees had been taken so i did not know what was due to happen or potential time scales. DVLA notified me the the plate was being issued in to the auction but National numbers never contacted me at all to advise that it was in the auction and they were bidding on it. I was unsure if they were aware and if the bid that appeared in the auction was from them or not. When i spoke to the admin team i was told that there were bidding on it for me but had not advised me as it was really busy when auctions were on....... Surely not that hard to pick up a phone or email. In summary sales team very helpful but admin could be improved with better communication and some sort of guide to what is due to happen for people that have not purchased a plate before. I would use these people again now that i understand the process better

Hi, National Numbers are ACE.. They took away all the hassle involved in supplying me with my new Ageless Number Plate. I will highly recommend them to my friends and family. I am extremley satisfied with their "Spotless professional " services. However I ndo have a question for them.....Am I allowed to keep the logbook for whem I have to sell my vehicle?, as I am new to this and was wondering if in the event of trading up my ML, as my new reg plate is mine to keep forever???. On Fiday 26 April chose a registration number, paid the payment easily and paperwork came in the post the following Wednesday. Excellent easy service.

In a transaction where buyer/seller and intermediary never meet TRUST is an essential ingredient, and from the outset I felt confident that my sale was being professionally handled, and whoever I spoke to knew exactly what was happening and where we were in the process. Great result and pleased with outcome. My only criticism is that the admin telephone number seems to be permanently 'very busy', but response on the sales line was quick and helpful. JR Warwickshire

It's like the paint advert, they do what it says on the label. In a very efficient and polite manner. If you phone them nothings a bother. Great company to deal with

If you get declined by finance their in house finance is the best. After you finish paying they send your plate.
