I had scoured the internet and various Private Reg companies for over a year and have been looking for a plate that is not on the general market, After having been told by various companies and the DVLA that the plate must have been retired and is no longer available, I gave up my search. We agreed the costs and process as this was my first time. A few weeks later, I was notified that that plate had become available!
