Did the deal on my private Plate only a week ago, within that time logbook sent off, plate transfer completed with DVLA & brand new number plates delivered.. Bought a number plate paid a deposit and the confirmed to pay the rest of the balance once the payment has been received. Got a call back to say they want the full payment to speed the process up. Agreed to pay the full balance and they have taken out 2 payment of 5k instead of 1. Still waiting the refund and account is now in overdraft and being charged by the bank. Update have spoke to manager who has resolved the situation still awaiting refund however was kind and courteous and explained it was simply human error and has confirmed the issue will be rectified with 48 hours. Got to say the manager was excellent on the call.

A simple and speedy process. I ordered acrylic registration plates also but would recommend that it?s made clear these are stick on rather than screw on plates. Overall very satisfied with the service I received. Many thanks
