I advertised a number plate with National Numbers a few years ago, and received a phone call out of the blue recently saying they had a buyer for my plate. As you can imagine during the current pandemic things did not go according to any plan, and there was a lot of to-ing and fro-ing between myself, National Numbers and the buyer. During the whole sorry process Paul was continually updating me with where everything was at, and chasing the buyer for updates. I can't praise Paul highly enough, especially with everything that's going on, he's a credit to National Numbers.

I purchased a plate from NN back in June of this year. I then went on to buy another. I did complain at the time as the advisor was extremely rude and I decided not to purchase. I was told however should I change my mind and come back I could perhaps be given a discount due to the poor experience I had. Everyone deserves another chance so I emailed this month and dealt with Jill. Her customer service was exceptional, she replied immediately to my email and followed this up with a call at a time that was convenient for me. She was thorough, honest and there was no pushy sales tactics. I've bought yet another plate and will more than likely return for a third in December. I will be going directly to Jill !! I recently purchased a registration plate through National Numbers. They had identified that the number was being offered at DVLA auction. They made contact with me, suggested an appropriate bid limit and managed the bidding process at the auction. I am delighted, having secured the number well within the pre-agreed bid limit. I doubt that I would have achieved such a great deal without their expertise.
