I started my enquiry online and then shortly after I had a phone call to talk me through all my options. I had chosen my new number plate which came the next day which was great. 3 days later my certificate came and I could put my new number plate on. The pack that came out was generally good but lack of clarity as to how much the total should be when extras added. Phone call queries handled well and generally available after a few rings. Would recommend to others.
