First contact was good and helped me find number plate that was personal, I was looking at another number at the time. The pack that came out was generally good but lack of clarity as to how much the total should be when extras added. Phone call queries handled well and generally available after a few rings. A very professional, efficient and friendly service with good prices to match. Everything came through very quickly and my new reg was on my car far quicker than expected. My only disappointment was the number plates that I ordered as an additional item were inferior to those offered by other websites. There was no option that I could see for different sizes (my car requires a larger sized plate at the back), so I had to purchase my plates again from another site for another £30.
