I also purchased the plates there too with 3D lettering. Fantastic service and really quick transaction. However the same day number plate service that is offered to transfer to you car is an unnecessary £49. I did it myself in minutes for free. Nevertheless I highly recommend this company.

Got there eventually plate now on car, i was waiting for the plate with the explanation it was a bank holiday monday, it was in scotland but not in wales=dvla or anywhere else in the uk.
