A few small glitches but soon overcome. Staff were helpful and efficient. I just wish that dealers had better control of the numbers they advertise. One reg National Numbers was advertising had been sold three years ago but they were still advertising it ! To be fair all the dealers seem as bad in this aspect

Positive proactive staff who were very helpful throughout the transaction. The seller of my plate was dragging their heels a bit with the transaction but the staff at National continued to ensure that things went through smoothly and swiftly one all the paperwork was received.., 5 star customer service experience so a special thank you to the professional and attentive staff!!!

While working away I was looking late last week for a private number plate and came across this company- previous used another company for three others that I have procured BUT cannot praise this company's service enough. Made three late night enquires - website easy to follow and clearly demonstrates the number plates with costs By the morning I had received a phone call but due to the fact I was on site I asked if they could email costs plus extras for me to review which they did. By lunchtime I spoke with a young girl called Clare and was sorted. Straight forward payment - plates- transfer... Made plates arrived next day few days later I received the cert to put on the new car. Clare was ?Brilliant? manner/explained and sorted. Telephone conversation- no pushy spell which I cannot stand Excellent service - Proactive- Straight to the point- Delivery cannot fault

However I was a bit surprised that I was requested to pay a top up on the deposit. Also the actual seller was not as fast in responding, confirming the plate was still for sale and returning transfer confirmation back to the agent, as I would have liked. However once the agent had the seller?s authorisation documents returned, the transfer was completed over the phone, allowing me to start ordering plates etc.

I am delighted with the communications from national number.co.uk, their customer service is 100%. My plates arrived with next day service and national numbers kept their word. I would highly recommend this Company and in the future I would not even look elsewhere. The people i have dealt with have been totally professional. I had previously used Regtransfers to sell my numbers, however after some underhand tactics I changed to National Numbers. They sold my number relatively quickly compared to RT. The staff member called me and told me exactly how much I would clear, rather than trying to get me to accept an amount ridiculously far from the agreed figure like RT used to do. It was confirmed the same day that the number had sold. The only downside was the amount of time it took to receive payment, which was several weeks, and the fact they did not keep me informed of the delay - I had to chase them. Otherwise they would get 5 stars!

We recently purchased 5 new registration numbers at a significant cost. Trusting National Numbers with thousands of pounds of our money whilst they purchased registration numbers on our behalf was done risk free. Their team were incredibly professional, courteous and ultimately successful. We got all the numbers we bid for. The result - great Xmas presents for the family !
