The very good plate I first found listed and purchased for cash on the spot was unfortunately already sold but that initial setback was more than paid for a few days later when I was offered a perfect plate on par with the one that hooked my sale and a 70% refund! That excellent resolution was a result of happy chance and exceptionally ethical customer service. I would of happily paid the original amount for the specific registration I was eventually offered after a few days waiting for something unusually apt to surface. For less than the price of one new tyre you will find at least one suitable plate for your car and probably a dozen more to choose from in most cases.

I found all at National Numbers easy to deal with with prompt responses to queries and regular updates.

From the Sales Team to the Admin Team, it was a fantastic service. On the car within 4 working days and could have been quicker. This is the second plate I have bought through National Numbers.. they're very good.

I purchased a plate from NN back in June of this year. I then went on to buy another. I did complain at the time as the advisor was extremely rude and I decided not to purchase. I was told however should I change my mind and come back I could perhaps be given a discount due to the poor experience I had. Everyone deserves another chance so I emailed this month and dealt with Jill. Her customer service was exceptional, she replied immediately to my email and followed this up with a call at a time that was convenient for me. She was thorough, honest and there was no pushy sales tactics. I've bought yet another plate and will more than likely return for a third in December. I will be going directly to Jill !! Found my plate, purchased the certificate arrived within 5 days. Very easy

National numbers arranged the sale of my number, there were no silly offers, like other companies, I was paid the amount I asked. I then purchased another number from them, both transactions were completed very quickly with no problems. I cannot praise them enough and recommend them highly.

Phone call one day, two days later I am putting the new number on my car and all paperwork is complete. Excellent.
