Though the purchases were a couple of years apart, their speed, price and customer service has not waned. They are still an absolutely first class outfit and a DVLA registered supplier, with excellent finance options if you need to spread the cost. I bought my personal plate for my husbands birthday , ( in a few days ) . It was an easy procedure to purchase and received the plates within 5 days with the relevant documents .

The whole process is simple and quick, also if you select the fast track service you can have your plate on your car the same day as they process it via DVLA. Worth the extra!

A worthwhile and helpful service, providing all the leg-work in obtaining my new plate, and representing me at the DVLA auction. Improvements could perhaps be a better focus on communications (I received several requests for the same information, despite having sent it at least twice), and perhaps some better explanation on what to expect during the auction day, including auction terminology for those of us inexperienced at auctions! Overall however, a positive experience and I would recommend to others.
