I sold my plate through them but was wary about letting someone else deal with all the documentation but I need not have worried. From the first phone call to having the money in my account took just 5 days! Friendly and efficient service from start to finish.

The end result was good, but I would have preferred a little more ongoing information with regard to the stage the transaction was at rather than me having to contact them. Other than that the whole process went without a hitch and the documentation sent out was very comprehensive.

This is my third time using National Numbers, I had to make my purchase online this time because it was out of hours, but I do prefer the personal touch and camaraderie you get from speaking to the agents over the phone. Found them a good company to deal with although was a bit sceptical they were real at first as greatly under priced a plate I had already been quoted for. Ended up paying nearly twice what was first quoted but I expected this so was not too put out and everything went very smoothly. I would certainly use them again.
